Featuring the innovative SafeCoil ™ energy-absorbing system, developed to protect helicopters and armoured vehicles, which interrupts forward momentum in the event of impact. The Smart also utilizes an advanced side-impact protection system, the BioArk ™, to divert the brunt of the impact across the steel frame, away from your child.

Advanced Anchoring

The Smart includes the rigid no-flex ANKR ™ system, an advanced anchoring system that keeps the seat secured to the vehicle at all times, even during impact. The system consists of the stabilizing front load leg, the anti-rebound bar and the ultra-rigid lower latch. Together, they apply opposing forces to reduce movement while providing symmetry that helps steady the seat in the event of impact.
